Because tile is a permanent finish, the lowest bid should not be the driving factor, but rather who is the most qualified to perform the scope of the work specified.
CTEF Certified Tile Installer’s are the only installers recognized by the the Tile Council of North America (TCNA) and the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) as having proven their skills and knowledge through rigorous hands-on testing and written exams and have been personally evaluated by CTEF staff.
