Start Your Design Experience!
STEP 1
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Your new custom flooring or tile design starts with a free design consultation with one of our expert design consultants. At this first meeting, we’ll review floor plans (don’t worry if you don’t have them, we will set up a time to come out and measure your space) and listen closely to understand your needs and ideas. Design consultations usually take about an hour, but we will stay as long as necessary.
STEP 2
COLLABORATION
Once equipped with your design needs, we’ll pull some products that we think will be a perfect fit. We can also create a virtual model of your project using our proprietary 3-D software. This will show you how your selections will actually look in your space. Together, we’ll make changes until the design is exactly what you want. Your final design will include your choice of finishes, accents, accessories, and lighting.
STEP 3
CUSTOM MATERIALS
When complete, your custom materials are ordered and your installation is scheduled with one of our qualified installers.
STEP 4
INSTALLATION
Your new flooring or tile will be installed with white-glove service on a timeline that works for you. Our installers will treat your home as their own, leaving it spotless. Before getting started, we’ll protect your walls and floors. And when your installation is done, we’ll make sure your new flooring is perfectly clean and ready for use. As a Five Star Contractor, you can have peace of mind that your project will be installed correctly the first time.
STEP 5
LOVE YOUR FLOORING & TILE
With your new flooring and tile, your space will feel amazingly different. You will, too—you’ll find more enjoyment to focus on what matters most. After your installation, we’ll follow up to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
