For more than a decade, Tim Knipper has been consulting, designing and installing custom flooring and tile for discerning residential and commercial clients throughout Wisconsin. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the best practices for installing all types of materials including tile, stone, hardwood, carpet and vinyl. Tim is part of an exclusive group (he is 1 of 5 in the state of WI) of professional ceramic tile installers who have successfully completed the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation CTI (Certified Tile Installer) proficiency exams.
Over the years, Tim has built a reputation as being a trustworthy and meticulous flooring and tile expert which has resulted in significant customer loyalty and repeat business. Kelly Knipper | Design Consultant
Having previously worked as Director of Business Development for Global Growth Consulting Firm Frost & Sullivan in New York City, Kelly is skilled at consulting with clients to develop and execute targeted initiatives that deliver positive results.
Kelly is passionate about fashion and interior decorating and is a natural with color and design. This “passion for fashion” has enabled Kelly to easily transition from the Corporate world, into a design role at Floorology where she continues to impress with her creativity and ability to pull together one-of-a-kind designs that clients love. She relishes the idea of designing rooms that will be unforgettable to clients and really believes in the value of providing old fashioned customer service, which includes treating clients with the same respect and dignity as she would expect to receive as a client.

Angela Bartels | Design Consultant
Angela graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture and an emphasis in Business Administration. Over the last few years, she has gained experience working as a Commercial Interior Designer, but has a special interest in Residential Design. The skills she gained over the last few years have easily transferred over to her Design Consultant role here at Floorology.
Angela strives to have a relationship with all of her clients, making sure to provide the perfect design for every type of space. She is a strong believer that in order to design a home, the client’s personality and lifestyle needs to be reflected in the space. While Angela appreciates all styles of design, her favorite style is Rustic Chic. She loves the idea of taking something old and pairing it with simple finishes to give it a whole new life in a space.
Outside of working at Floorology, Angela enjoys shopping, going to the farmers market, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family!

Libby Pierret | Design Consultant
Libby is a recent graduate from the UW Stevens Point with a degree in Interior Architecture. Libby’s passion is to create unique and fun spaces which ignite inspiration for clients. Libby is excited to share her creativity and knowledge as she takes the next steps in her design journey at Floorology! We’re so happy to have her on the team!
